Position Title:  Global Sales Support Coordinator                                                             Classification: Exempt

Reports to: Associate Director, Global Sales Operations

The Global Sales Support Coordinator provides administrative support to sales team members within the organization, ensuring the successful execution of sales projects & strategies.        



  • Support for all Global Sales Directors (GSD) including back-up when on holiday or out of the office on business
  • Manage and maintain Global Sales Team outlook and public calendars
  • Support Global Sales Directors on elements within their annual calendar of events
  • Assist Associate Director, Global Sales Operations with AlliedPRA trade shows and Global Sales Team Sales Missions as needed
  • Liaise and collaborate with AlliedPRA system on behalf of Global Sales Team
  • Assist Global Sales Team in creation of presentations and webinars outlining capabilities for online and in-person client meetings
  • Subject matter expert for all AlliedPRA proprietary databases including Inside AlliedPRA, Salesforce and Global Calendar
  • Assist Associate Director, Global Sales Operations with financial information for weekly/quarterly/annual reporting as needed
  • Assist in designing/creating Global Sales marketing pieces including email blasts, photo pages, newsletters, etc...
  • Assist Global Sales Team with data entry and management as needed
  • Plays an active role ensuring that sales tools and information on AlliedPRA offerings are current, complete and available for Global Sales Team to use at any time
  • Supports GSDs with ad hoc projects as needed



  • At least (1) year work experience in a DMC, incentive travel, event planning company, or related field, in an operations capacity preferred
  • Extensive computer knowledge including database, word processing, spreadsheet development using Excel, strong PowerPoint, Outlook, Office, and Social Media Forums
  • Ability to read and interpret financial data
  • Strong aptitude for training in current and new systems
  • Strong mathematical skills, i.e., calculating percentages, proposals using mathematical equations
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including internal and external clients
  • Multitasking, highly organized, proactive, calm under deadlines, team player, proficient and accurate on keyboard, pleasant phone voice
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
  • Ability to anticipate and deal with problems involving few concrete variables in a typical office situation
  • Work well remotely with management, GSDs and clients
  • Ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities and work assignments
  • Ability to work within deadline constraints and set priorities
  • Willing to accept adhoc tasks on an ongoing basis with little advance notice
  • Proactive team player with friendly and cheerful disposition
  • Possess a professional manner and appearance when representing AlliedPRA
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of business ethics

This position may be required to travel. The following requirements apply:


  • Ability to travel including to other AlliedPRA office locations by vehicle, airplane
  • Must be able to safely and legally operate a vehicle (personal, rental, or company)
  • Must have a current, valid driver's license for the state in which the employee performs his or her driving duties
  • Must maintain a clean driving record, i.e., must remain insurable under our company's liability insurance policy
