Position Title:  Manager, Team Operations                                            

Status: Exempt

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer                                                        



The Manager, Team Operations works in concert with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to manage the cross functional activities at the executive leadership level. This position is responsible for advancing a wide range of programs and initiatives of the business which reside at the top of the organization with the SMT.



  • Attend various meetings and calls with the SMT in order to maintain momentum on initiatives, provide follow through for program management, ensure continuity amongst the SMT
  • Work closely with the SMT in identifying clear action items, and coordinate the follow-up of these items.
  • Act as a change agent, implementing the strategic initiatives of the SMT
  • Maintain an up to date understanding of the Company's actions, the cross functional implications, favorably impact the outcomes of these actions.
  • Provide internal and external communication on behalf of the SMT.
  • Coordinate and remain involved in the Company's quarterly planning process with the SMT.
  • On an infrequent basis plan leadership exchanges and events.
  • This position will remain fluid in order to change with the needs of the organization.



  • B.S. required
  • Three + years of experience in a management position with exposure to executive level work.
  • Must effectively organize and manage multiple diverse priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be professionally oriented, and possess business acumen.
  • Deliver leadership through management, motivation, and direction toward a goal.
  • Represent the Company at internal,  community and industry events.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment within deadlines for programs, proposals, meetings, and employee needs.

  • Leverage expert proficiency on computer programs needed for position such as: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to:
    • Anticipate and deal with problems sometimes involving few concrete variables.
    • Represent the SMT internally and externally.
    • Communicate effectively with executive level leaders in all manners and forms.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of the business.
    • Generate and deliver reports, as required.
